Purpose of group: for people in Oakland and Bay Area who would like to immerse in events with a focus on practical application of NVC in daily life. You are invited to join this group whether or not you have had any exposure at all to Nonviolent Communication-or years of experience. Join if you want to PRACTICE with others hearing and being heard in ways that invite understanding, clarity and connection.

The goal of this group is to build empathy for others and ourselves, by learning and practice of (nvc) Nonviolent Communication. A compassionate communication model developed by Marshall Rosenberg and used around the globe. Join this group if you experience conflict, or work with populations that experience conflict.
